We stayed at Hardy’s Retreat in Koti during a recent family trip to Shimla, and it was a truly memorable experience. The location is peaceful and scenic, with stunning mountain views – the perfect escape from the busy city life. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the food – every meal was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. What really stood out, though, was the warm hospitality. The owners, Mr. Hardy and Mrs. Neeta, along with their staff, were incredibly welcoming and kind. They made us feel like part of the family and were always available to help with anything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene, beautiful retreat near Shimla with excellent food and genuinely caring hosts, I highly recommend Hardy’s Retreat. ~ Bhawana R
A day at Hardy’s Retreat was nothing short of blissful. The Sun shone brightly, unveiling a spectacular panorama of the Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal ranges. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the gracious owner, Col & Mrs Chauhan, and enjoyed a delightful conversation over steaming tea and delicious snacks. Lunch was a culinary treat, with Mrs Chauhan preparing the renowned Himachali Siddu , both sweet and savoury versions , simply exquisite. The continental dishes that followed were equally remarkable leaving us thoroughly impressed. The hospitality of the hosts added a personal touch that made our visit even more memorable. Hardy’s Retreat is an absolute must-visit when in Shimla, a beautifully designed property that blends tasteful aesthetics with genuine warmth and charm. ~ Babita S
